2012 Eisteddfod
The 66th Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod takes place from Tuesday 3rd - Sunday 8th July 2012.
Each July, more than 4,000 musicians, singers, and dancers from around the globe come to Llangollen to perform at one of the world's most colourful festivals with its unique Spirit of Peace and Goodwill. Why not join them? Dancers, Instrumentalists, Choirs, Soloists... there's a competition for everyone at the Eisteddfod, with around 50 countries represented each year.
And the Llangollen experience isn't limited to the stage - competitors take part in a spectacular street parade and join in the festival atmosphere around the Eisteddfod Field. International performers are invited to take part in the evening concerts featuring world-class artists.
